The new ELSPRO LED machine light in three sizes

The new ELSPRO LED machine light STRAIGHTLED consists of a robust cast aluminum housing (solid material) and thus offers the perfect conditions for reliable use under extreme conditions.

The STRAIGHTLED can be mounted in the machines both stationary and flexible by means of flat or tiltable magnets. The magnets convince with their rubberized surface and the high adhesive force.

In the machine, the STRAIGHTLED can be connected directly to the machine control system using the 24 V DC direct connection.

To ensure that the STRAIGHTLED fits into most machines, it has a very compact size and is only 17 mm high and 40 mm wide. Available in three lengths 190, 310 and 555 mm, the STRAIGHTLED can be easily installed even in very tight spaces and installation situations.

The three available sizes S, M and L can score with the following performances: Version S comes with a luminous flux of 600 lumens at 6 watts, variant M with 1,200 lumens at 12 watts and L with 2,400 lumens at 24 watts.

The color temperature is 5,500 Kelvin and is thus similar to daylight for optimal lighting conditions.

As an alternative to the built-in device plug, the STRAIGHTLED is also available with our high-quality, oil-resistant ELSPRO-FLEX® G05 supply cable in highly flexible copper class 6.

The STRAIGHTLED is produced sustainably and in a resource-saving manner in Germany.

Aluminum is a high-quality and attractive material that is energy-intensive to produce, but 100% recyclable. Only a fraction of the energy is required for reuse. The STRAIGHTLED is made of 80% recycled aluminum.

Another point of the durable design is, for example, the replaceable CO2 laser-cut front screen.

The STRAIGHTLED provides uniform and homogeneous illumination and glare- and flicker-free light and is perfectly suited for quick and uncomplicated retrofitting in machines and production facilities.
