In accordance with §19 Paragraph 1 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act, we offer our customers to take back their old equipment for recycling.

Service form for return of goods
This is how it works: In the case of returned goods, we ask you to fill out the ELSPRO service form and enclose it with the shipment. This way, as soon as your return arrives, our employees receive all the information they need to take care of your request without delay.
