ELSPRO Box2Charge

Cycling to work, using a bicycle as a means of transport for urgent deliveries and errands – regardless of whether they are used professionally on company premises or privately, e-bikes need reliable charging stations.

With Box2Charge, ELSPRO offers convenient charging solutions for e-bikes for indoor and outdoor use.

The weatherproof variant for outdoor areas consists of 4 charging boxes and the variant for indoor areas offers 8 lockable units at once. All compartments are equipped with 2 pieces of 230 V protective contact sockets including cover and with a cylinder lock with two keys per door. Alternative locking systems are optionally available.

The outdoor version has 1 piece MCB in C-characteristic 1 pole. / 6 A and 1 piece RCD residual current circuit breaker 2 pol. / 25 A / 30 mA / type A. The indoor version is delivered ready for operation including connection cable with 230 volt safety plug, the outdoor cabinet is delivered ready for connection by feeding in on site via ground cable via an access in the base including distribution box (IP65).

In the indoor area, ventilation is provided by front and rear hinged doors. The cabinets for outdoor use are made of galvanized sheet steel and double-walled, self-closing doors with opening restrictors. They have integrated heat dissipation and passive venting per compartment. The cabinets are resistant to light and weather conditions. A pitched roof with front overhang serves as rain protection.

The lockers of the indoor version have a size of 395 x 425 x 500 mm (W x H x D) and offer enough space for the battery, a small bag, valuables and the helmet. The compartments of the outdoor solution are somewhat larger, measuring 500 x 400 x 470 mm (W x H x D).
The ELSPRO charging cabinets Box2Charge can be firmly anchored to the floor via holes in the cabinet base.
