The Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG 2021) states: In principle, all electricity consumption is subject to apportionment. This leads to high sums when consumption is high. In order to be exempt from the apportionment of own consumption or to enjoy a partial waiver, the quantities of electricity forwarded to third-party companies must be reported separately. Of course, everything has to be recorded very precisely for this – and we have prepared ourselves for this. ELSPRO’s mobile and stationary distributors accurately and separately record third-party consumption.
Just plug it in and everything takes care of itself: Now you can accurately record and prove your electricity consumption and that of your third-party companies.
This makes saving fun – because now, in principle, only the significantly lower levy due to third-party companies has to be paid. The exemption or partial remission applies exclusively to your own consumption.

- There is an obligation to provide evidence of the time-accurate recording using suitable means (electricity meters, data loggers, communication interfaces, evaluation software).
- The accrual must be made at 15-minute intervals.
- A stable and expandable system solution must be in place for measuring, recording and passing on necessary energy data.
